Jazz GSM has launched ROX AI and ROX AI Hub on its digital lifestyle platform, ROX, to integrate conversational AI assistance, in-app transactions, and multiple AI models into a unified digital experience. With ROX AI, customers can converse in Urdu and English through voice or text to inquire about services and conduct transactions. The assistant supports subscription packages, allows activation of Vault deals and discounts, and facilitates event ticket purchases via chat, streamlining tasks without needing to navigate between different services.

In tandem with ROX AI, ROX AI Hub consolidates access to three AI models — Qwen, DeepSeek, and Kimi. Users can select the most suitable model, switch between them, and monitor real-time token consumption for each. By offering these offerings together, Jazz GSM aims to provide assistance tailored to its ROX services while granting broader AI access.
