Arsenal legend Thierry Henry praised Cesc Fabregas for his role in assembling a strong Como team. Henry, a minority shareholder, commended Fabregas for signing "players that not a lot of people knew." Como defeated Manchester United 4-1 in the Champions League Round 3, marking their biggest victory yet. This impressive win highlighted the club's progress, as they are now the better-placed Italian team in the league phase.
Henry also reflected on how the team came together under Fabregas' guidance, praising the Argentine players like Nico Paz and Da Cunha, who were once in Serie B. The success of the Como project, including their fourth-place finish in Serie A last season, is attributed to Fabregas' vision and leadership.
