By registering for a group of 4 to 12, you can take advantage of discounted group deals and save on registration fees. These group savings are exclusive and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

They apply only when a group of 4 or more of the same pass type is purchased together in a single transaction, but not to a bulk order of different pass types.

In the event of cancellation, a full refund is available if you email [email protected] by August 7, 2026, before 11:59 p.m. PT. The ticket price will be refunded to the original payment method. However, once August 7 passes, tickets are non-refundable for any reason.

It is important to ensure that the name on your badge matches your government-issued photo ID. Nicknames and abbreviations are accepted, but once the badge is printed, the name cannot be changed beyond correcting spelling errors or switching to a nickname. If you need to transfer your ticket to someone else, you can do so by accessing the "Manage Registration" link in the confirmation email, which contains the subject line "Order Confirmation | TechCrunch Founder Summit 2026." Please note that lost badges will incur a $45 reprint fee at the event.

To verify the attendee's identity and confirm their ticket type, TechCrunch performs registration checks. If any additional information is needed, you will receive an email request. To update your ticket information, click the "Manage Your Registration Details" link in the confirmation email, but be aware that email addresses cannot be updated through this process.

You must contact [email protected] to make any changes to your email address. Ticket exchanges are only allowed once and come with specific conditions – exchanging a ticket for a more expensive type requires paying the price difference, while switching to a less expensive type does not entitle you to a refund for the price discrepancy.

Each badge represents a single individual, and IDs are checked at both registration and the conference doors.
