Sauron Wears the One Ring and Battles the Balrog in New Rings of Power Season 3 Trailer

Prime Video has unveiled a new trailer for the third season of The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, showcasing scenes from the ongoing war against Sauron's plans to forge the One Ring. The trailer, available on the platform's player, delves deeper into the War of the Elves, which Season 3 picks up from its conclusion in Season 2.

While the trailer highlights Nazgûl, Mûmakil, and fell beasts, the most captivating moment features Sauron wearing the One Ring. As the trailer narrates, "I see the path to victory so certain," Sauron declares, positioning himself as the conqueror and sorcerer. The trailer also hints at Sauron mentally invading Galadriel's dreams, where he appears in her bed. Additionally, a fiery battle between Sauron and the Balrog is depicted, voiced by Simon Pegg.

Celebrimbor's demise in Season 2 has left Sauron determined to forge the One Ring, setting the stage for Season 3. The trailer suggests that Sauron may dominate the upcoming season, at least temporarily. The new season of The Rings of Power is set to premiere on Prime Video on November 11.
