Samsung Odyssey G4 falls to record-low price with $110 off
The Samsung 25-inch Odyssey G4 is now 39% off on Amazon, bringing 300Hz gaming and a 1ms response time for less.
Samsung's 4TB 990 Pro M.2 SSD has seen a significant price drop of 27%, now available for $799.90, a reduction of over $300 from its original $1,099.99 tag. This results in a cost of approximately 20 cents per gigabyte of storage. The 4TB Samsung 990 Pro remains one of the fastest PCIe Gen 4 drives on the market, boasting impressive read and write speeds of up to 7,450 and 6,900 MB/s, respectively.
Its endurance is rated for 2,400 TBW, with a single-sided 2280 form factor fitting in tight spaces. The drive utilizes Samsung's 236-layer TLC V-NAND technology, making it an excellent option for gamers and those requiring large capacity in a compact form. In testing, the Samsung 990 Pro excelled in response times and sustained sequential write performance, outperforming competitors.
Despite the high cost of memory and storage driven by the AI boom, the Samsung 990 Pro's substantial discount makes it a great choice for those seeking a high-performance SSD.
