OFI vs. Bayer Leverkusen preview: Team news & predicted lineups

Bayer Leverkusen enters their Europa League match against OFI with a five-game winning streak in all competitions, while OFI has managed a surprise victory over German side Hoffenheim this season. However, OFI has since struggled to maintain their form, failing to win any of their subsequent four matches. Leverkusen, on the other hand, has responded well to their opening Bundesliga defeat and remains unbeaten since, with Die Werkself eager to maintain their strong form in the Europa League.

OFI will be without several key players, including goalkeeper Nikolaos Christogeorgos, defenders Nikolaos Marinakis and Christos Sielis, and forward Aaron Leya Iseka. Leverkusen, meanwhile, will be without Kennet Eichhorn, Guela Doué, Eliesse Ben Seghir, Montrell Culbreath, Martin Terrier, and Christian Kofane. Leverkusen coach Carles Martínez is expected to rotate his squad for the trip to Crete, with Loïc Badé, Robert Andrich, and Malik Tillman potentially set to impress.
