Live: Diamonds look to bounce back from Constellation Cup loss to NZ

Australia faces a challenge in the upcoming Constellation Cup as they aim to bounce back from a six-goal defeat to the Silver Ferns in their second game. The loss has put the Australian team at risk of dropping out of the top spot in the world rankings, for the first time since 2013, if the Silver Ferns win all four matches. With notable changes to the starting lineup, Australia's Diamonds have bolstered their team, notably by including new Diamond Jessie Grenvold, who is making her second Test appearance.

The absence of Jamie-Lee Price, who was ruled out due to a calf injury, has led to Kate Moloney returning to the lineup after recovering from a finger laceration. However, the Diamond management must hope that Moloney can provide an effective performance at centre, considering the team's midcourt struggles in the previous game. On the Silver Ferns' side, head coach Noeline Taurua made a bold move by omitting Kimiora Poi in favor of Peta Toeava, who has a strong rapport with Grace Nweke, further strengthening the team's potential in the upcoming series.
