Zii Jia selesai pertikaian dengan bapa, kakak berkait pengurusan syarikat

Pemain badminton Malaysia Lee Zii Jia resolved a family dispute and the management of her company LZJ Management Sdn Bhd at the High Court in Kuala Lumpur this morning. The court recorded the consent judgment which set the conditions for all parties to agree upon before a Magistrate Leong Wai Hong. Zii Jia filed the interim injunction application on July 2 to prevent her father, Lee Chee Hin, and her sister, Lee Tao, from making certain financial and management decisions without court approval.

The respondents were her father, Lee Chee Hin, 59, her younger sister, Lee Tao, 25, her older sister, Lee Zii Yii, 30, and LZJ Management itself. Lee Zii Yii could not attend the court as she was abroad at the time. The consent judgment allows all parties to hold an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on October 31 with the cost borne by the relevant company.

Until the EGM is held, Chee Hin and Zii Yii are prohibited from authorizing, paying or approving any director's remuneration, allowance, bonus, award or other financial benefit from LZJ Management, except for the estimated monthly salary from September 1, 2026. They are also barred from approving or allowing resolutions regarding the appointment or removal of directors, appointment of company secretaries, removal of key assets, issuance of new shares, restructuring of shareholding or any major decisions on the management, administration or control of the company without prior court approval. The court did not order any payment of costs.
