The South East Ghana Union Mission (SEGUM) of the Seventh-day Adventist Church recently held its inaugural Communication Content Creators Summit, aimed at enhancing the digital capabilities of its communicators. The four-day event, held from October 12 to 15, 2026, at the Valley View University, gathered 41 participants from the Union's six constituent fields.
The summit focused on equipping digital communicators with practical skills in digital storytelling, content creation, and visual communication, with the goal of strengthening SEGUM's online presence and digital evangelism efforts. Key sessions included training in using editing tools such as CapCut, VN, and Canva Video, as well as guidance on writing captions, creating effective opening hooks, adding subtitles, designing thumbnails, using hashtags, and crafting calls to action.
