Hamilton launching tariff response team with $390K from Ontario amid Stelco layoffs
As the steel industry faces job losses and economic uncertainty, Ontario is backing Hamilton's creation of a tariff response team to help businesses and workers navigate government support programs. Economic Development Minister Vic Fedeli and Mayor Andrea Horwath were among those at the announcement Tuesday.
