Ukrainian equipment using Starlink continues to stop working at speeds of 130–161 km/h in various sectors of the front, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported on social media on Oct. 19 after a briefing from Ukrainian Armed Forces Commander-in-Chief Mykhailo Drapatyi.
