Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said a meeting between the leaders of Ukraine, the US and Russia could help end the war, while a Trump-Xi-Putin summit could encourage the Kremlin to continue it. His comments follow reports that Putin proposed meeting the US and Chinese presidents in November to discuss the war. Kyiv has also backed a separate trilateral format that would include Ukraine.
