Russia Hits 28 Substations in Overnight Strike, Zelensky Says
The Ukrainian president said Russia’s overnight strike on Monday across Ukraine damaged 28 substations and unnamed facilities, cutting power to at least 550,000 households. He said earlier that Kyiv was not forewarned of the 16 ballistic missiles Russia launched towards Ukraine despite the supposedly restored intelligence flow from Washington.
