Philanthropist backs Tinubu’s second term

Renowned medical doctor and philanthropist Musa Audu has endorsed President Bola Tinubu's bid for a second term as President of Nigeria. In a statement released on Sunday, Audu praised Tinubu for his ambition to usher the country into an era of lasting political stability, a predictable economy, human capital development, and infrastructure upgrades to international standards.

He affirmed Tinubu's capability to collaborate with all Nigerians who believe in equity before the law, fairness in resource distribution, and justice without discrimination.

Audu also commended the performance of the Kwara State Government, designating it as the most commendable since the inception of the current democratic era in Nigeria. He lauded the principles of equity and equality championed by Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazak, who is also the chairman of Nigeria Governors' Forum and Sardauna of Ilorin Emirate. These principles are timely and consistent with divine law for both minority and majority groups, Audu argued.

Furthermore, the philanthropist acknowledged the leading role of Kwara State House of Assembly Speaker, Saliu Danlandi, who is also the APC's candidate for governorship in the 2027 elections. Audu also expressed support for the New Kwara South project and all APC candidates in the district during the 2027 electoral process.
