Marriott Vacations appoints Heena Patel as revenue chief

Marriott Vacations Worldwide has appointed Heena Patel as its Chief Revenue Management Officer, a newly established role on the company's Executive Leadership Team, according to a press release. Patel will be reporting directly to Mike Flaskey, the President and Chief Operating Officer. Her responsibilities will include overseeing resort inventory optimization and overall revenue management strategy.

This new position will focus on connecting resort inventory, rental demand, and digital commerce capabilities. Patel boasts over two decades of experience in hospitality operations, revenue management, inventory strategy, digital commerce, and business transformation. Prior to her current role, she served as Senior Vice President of Rental Operations, Digital Marketing, and Commerce at Travel + Leisure Co. Flaskey praised Patel's deep expertise in revenue management, inventory strategy, and digital commerce, as well as her proven track record of building capabilities and driving transformation initiatives.

In her new role, Patel will prioritize inventory management across Marriott Vacations' portfolio while finding ways to optimize inventory and effectively meet rental demand.
