Incheon is set to host the 2026 WFDSA World Congress from October 19 to 21 at Inspire Entertainment Resort on Yeongjong Island. Organized by the Korea Direct Selling Industry Association and hosted by the World Federation of Direct Selling Associations, this marks the first time the global conference is held in Korea. The 18th edition of the congress will gather around 600 participants, including industry executives and association officials from various countries, for networking and knowledge exchange centered on the theme "Direct Selling, Driving Human Transformation."
On the first day, October 19, participants will enjoy city tours exploring Songdo, Yeongjong Island, and the Open Port Area. These tours include a Central Park water taxi ride, a Wangsan Marina yacht experience, a cooking class showcasing Incheon's culinary heritage, and a walking tour highlighting the city's history and culture.
A Sunset Dinner event will take place on the evening of October 20 at Sangsang Platform, an iconic cultural space created from a former grain warehouse. Here, attendees will gather for dinner and networking under the picturesque Incheon Port sunset backdrop.
To ensure the congress's success, Incheon City collaborated with the Incheon MICE Alliance to establish a tourist information booth and a K-content experience zone, enhancing participants' overall experience. Incheon City's Director General of International Cooperation, Kim Young-shin, expressed hope that the event would foster industry cooperation and growth while allowing participants to experience Incheon's urban charm, inspiring them to return to the city.
