Finance Ministry to run financial inclusion campaign
The finance ministry is launching a campaign to saturate financial schemes across various local bodies. This initiative will reach 2.70 lakh gram panchayats and urban local bodies throughout India. Banks are expected to organize camps for enrolments and Aadhaar seeding for key schemes. The campaign will also involve updating nominations in savings accounts and providing other financial facilities.
