Dénia fair brings 43 local associations together for community event

Dénia's annual Associations Fair took place in the town centre on Saturday, October 17, uniting 43 non-profit organizations for a community event showcasing their work. The fair, organized by Dénia Town Hall, has been held annually since 2013, providing a platform for groups to explain their activities, raise awareness, and connect with supporters.

Participants represented diverse local interests, with information stands offering residents insights into their causes and involvement opportunities. The event featured workshops, performances, and activities like batucada percussion, traditional folk dancing, and juggling displays, engaging visitors of all ages. The fair highlighted the vital role of non-profit organizations in Dénia's social and cultural life, while placing participating groups in a prominent, accessible location on one of the town's main streets.

Established in 2013, the Associations Fair continues to strengthen the connection between local organizations and the community, offering an opportunity for residents to learn about various initiatives and find ways to support them.
