Cleveland Guardians vs. Tampa Bay Rays – ALCS Game 6
Playoff baseball featuring not the Cincinnati Reds!
The American League Championship Series returns to Florida on Monday night as the Tampa Bay Rays aim to complete the series turnaround over the Cleveland Guardians. The Rays took both games over the weekend in northern Ohio after entering the weekend trailing 2-1 within the series. Now, they'll play at home in the Trop with Freddy Peralta starting on the mound and once again displaying ace-like pitching as they seek to clinch a spot in the World Series against the Milwaukee Brewers.
Right-handed reliever Shawn Armstrong will start for the Cleveland Guardians in what is expected to be a crucial bullpen game to avoid elimination. The first pitch of the game is scheduled to be thrown by Peralta at 8:08 PM ET in Tampa, with the game being broadcast on TBS/truTV.
