Upon entering the grand entrance, a security passcode allows access to the parking area, where Scout parks his yellow Mustang. The main door opens with a code, revealing a white marble-tiled hallway leading to the living room. The striking kitchen opens directly from the dining area, featuring sleek charcoal-grey cabinetry, glass display units, and a striking crystal-fringe chandelier.
The open-plan living area boasts sheer white curtains and a geometric partition, creating an airy ambiance. The ground floor houses two bedrooms, with the master featuring a king-sized bed and floor-to-ceiling pleated curtains.
The second floor boasts two guest rooms, one with a lavish bathroom and a massive sunken white Jacuzzi surrounded by warm teak decking. The guest bedroom's washroom features a large jacuzzi, marble walls, dual-layer blinds, and a dark metal towel rack. A walk-in closet with floor-to-ceiling glass-front wardrobes adds a touch of opulence.
The most eye-catching feature on this floor is a dedicated gaming room, complete with a turquoise Chesterfield-style sectional and a matching ottoman. The room transitions into a home-theatre zone featuring a large projection screen, leather seating, and a bar counter. Scout's gaming setup comprises ultra-wide curved monitors, an RGB-lit gaming PC, and a professional microphone, adorned with anime figurines.
