2027: Yari seeks royal blessings, predicts APC victory

Abdulaziz Yari, Director-General of the All Progressives Congress Presidential Campaign Council, has visited traditional leaders in Kwara State and Osun State seeking royal blessings ahead of the 2027 general elections. The visits to the Ooni of Ife and the Emir of Ilorin were part of the council's nationwide effort to engage traditional rulers, gather their blessings, and strengthen the party's ties with these institutions.

Yari emphasized that the visits aimed to promote mutual understanding and seek guidance from the royal fathers, highlighting the moral and spiritual support traditional rulers provide in Nigeria's political process. He assured that the delegation's presence was not a political endorsement or mobilization request, but a sincere request for prayers and blessings as the council continues its nationwide consultations.
