Neto stars but who was subdued? - player ratings for Everton v Chelsea

In a crucial away win for Chelsea, Pedro Neto scored twice in the second half to help the Blues end Everton's unbeaten run and record their first clean sheet of the season. Jordan Pickford, the England goalkeeper, was disappointed with his inability to prevent Neto's opener but made several important saves later in the match. Ainsley Maitland-Niles, Chelsea's right-back, endured a quiet afternoon, while James Tarkowski and Jarrad Branthwaite played solid defensive roles.

In contrast, Everton's Jack Grealish grew into the game and created the best chance for his team with an inswinging cross for Barry, despite a frustrating afternoon overall.
