India vs West Indies 5th T20I: Who will win the trophy if the Bengaluru series decider is washed out by rain?
Here's what will happen if the series-deciding fifth T20I between India and the West Indies is washed out, and who will actually lift the winner's trophy.
India and West Indies are tied at 2-2 after the fourth T20I, with the fifth and final match set to take place at M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru on Saturday, October 17. If rain disrupts the game, the series will end level and both teams will share the trophy. India previously shared the T20I series trophy with South Africa in June 2022 at the same ground when rain forced the abandonment of the match after just 3.3 overs, with India scoring 28 for 2.
