Gyakie and FlipTheMusic unveil ‘Your Body’ following a new distribution deal with Warner Music Africa

Ghanaian singer Gyakie has launched her new single, Your Body (Crazy), as a part of a fresh collaboration between her independent record label, FlipTheMusic, and Warner Music Africa. This marks a significant step in her career as she prepares for the release of her third EP, The Dawn. The Afro-fusion track, produced by AfroLektra, showcases the artist's blend of English and Twi, focusing on themes of attraction and desire.

The song's rhythmic production and catchy melodies, paired with Gyakie's signature sultry vocals, create an irresistible feel-good sound.

This release comes at a crucial juncture for Gyakie, whose rapid rise in the African music scene continues to solidify her position. Her expanding international presence, the success of her 2025 album, After Midnight, and the widespread recognition of her music on major global platforms have set a strong foundation for this next chapter. The strategic partnership with Warner Music Africa aims to broaden her music's reach across vital African markets and beyond.

Despite this partnership, Gyakie remains under the artistic control of her own label, FlipTheMusic, ensuring that her creative direction remains intact. The agreement highlights the label's commitment to opening new avenues for the singer, enhancing industry connections, and boosting her global image while maintaining the independence that has been central to her career.

Through this collaboration, both Gyakie and FlipTheMusic hope to unlock wider distribution channels, allowing her music to resonate with an even larger audience across Africa and internationally. As fans eagerly await The Dawn, Your Body (Crazy) offers a tantalizing glimpse into the next phase of her musical evolution. This new partnership is poised to give Gyakie's music an elevated platform, potentially reaching a broader audience.
