Dalton Knecht addresses trade rumors

Los Angeles Lakers head coach JJ Redick candidly discussed the uncertain future of third-year guard Dalton Knecht during the team's final preseason game against the Denver Nuggets. Redick explained that the team's changing needs and roster composition have led to Knecht being on the bubble. Knecht, who started his rookie season with a strong performance, has struggled to regain his spot in the rotation.

In a recent interview, Knecht expressed his unwavering confidence in his abilities, stating that it remains high regardless of the situation. Despite the challenges, Knecht believes that the Lakers' coaching staff expects him to continue shooting when open, rebounding the ball, and maintaining high effort defensively to earn playing time.
