The video takes viewers from the first training session of the week to matchday and the post-match celebrations. It showcases a typical week in the life of the Stormers as they prepare for one of the most significant games on their calendar.

The video begins in the changeroom, where captain Ruhan Nel addresses the squad, emphasizing the importance of constant communication, teamwork, and understanding their roles on the field. He tells the team, "Be in constant communication with the guy next to you. Ask him 'what do you want from me, what are we doing, what is the call?'. Remind each other of our jobs, all-right?"

Throughout the week, the video captures the team's preparation, both physically and mentally, as well as the team dynamics. Fans witness the dedication and effort put into the training sessions, with physio Inge Croy working with utility back Damian Willemse, who later showcased his skills during the match with superb sidesteps and hip sways.
