Ryan Fitzpatrick unloads on Bo Nix in rant about ugly TNF performance: 'Disrespectful to the QB position'
The Prime Video analyst shredded Bo Nix after a lifeless performance on "Thursday Night Football."
Ryan Fitzpatrick, a former NFL quarterback now working as an analyst for Amazon Prime Video, expressed strong criticism of Broncos' backup quarterback Bo Nix following Denver's 17-14 overtime victory over the Seattle Seahawks on Thursday night. Fitzpatrick took issue with Nix's performance, calling it "almost disrespectful to the quarterback position" and suggesting that Nix lacked the effort and trust of his coaching staff.
Despite the win, Nix struggled offensively, throwing for only 107 yards and failing to score in the second half. Fitzpatrick's comments came as the Broncos basked in the glow of a primetime win, but Fitzpatrick felt that the team's offensive display was anything but encouraging.
