Brewers make MLB history with sweetest 'revenge sweep' of Dodgers
The Milwaukee Brewers not only advanced to the World Series by "revenge sweeping" the Dodgers, but made history while doing so.
In an astonishing turn of events, the Milwaukee Brewers have achieved an unprecedented feat in Major League Baseball history. Following a devastating 0-4 playoff sweep by the Los Angeles Dodgers in last year's NLCS, the Brewers have now turned the tables with a resounding 4-0 revenge sweep of their longtime rivals. This remarkable achievement marks the first time in American sports that a team has been swept 0-4 in the postseason and then proceeded to sweep the same opponent 4-0 in the following year.
The Brewers' swift and dominant performance has solidified their position as strong contenders for the coveted World Series title.
