🤝 Real Madrid sign Super League CEO, according to AS

Real Madrid has reportedly signed Bernd Reichart, the former CEO of A22, the company behind the failed Super League, as the new head of business operations, according to a report by AS. Reichart's appointment suggests that a comprehensive and definitive peace deal for European football may be imminent, following February's agreement in principle.

As the head of business operations, Reichart will oversee the club's stadium, sponsorships, and merchandising, reporting directly to the club's general director, José Ángel Sánchez. Reichart previously held the position of CEO at RTL Deutschland and was an executive at Antena 3, now Atresmedia. He began his career at sports marketing agency Sportfive and speaks fluent Spanish.
