Race for the CFP Week 7: Mizzou on the cusp of entering playoff picture
The Race for the CFP is heating up, and Mizzou is in the mix heading into Saturday’s game at Ole Miss
Missouri secured a 27-6 victory over Texas A&M, lifting the Tigers to a 5-1 (2-1 SEC) record this season. This win puts Missouri on the brink of entering the College Football Playoff (CFP) playoff picture. ESPN reports that Missouri has the second-hardest remaining schedule, only behind Ohio State. According to On3's latest bracketology, Missouri is the second team out of the field. A win against Ole Miss on Saturday would solidify Missouri's standing in the CFP race.
