Liz Carmouche shaves head to make weight for PFL Chicago title fight
The PFL Chicago main event is a go
Liz Carmouche, a former Bellator champion, shaved her head to make weight for the Professional Fighters League (PFL) event in Chicago. She will face Jena Bishop in a rematch for the vacant PFL women's flyweight title. Carmouche made the championship weight of 125 pounds on Thursday. In their first encounter in August 2025, Carmouche defeated Bishop with a knockout in the PFL Charlotte.
Carmouche has won four consecutive fights, finishing three of her opponents, including Viviane Araujo in her last bout in June. Bishop weighed in at 124.6 pounds. All fighters on the card successfully made weight.
