Vice President Kashim Shettima has criticized former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, asserting that the ADC presidential candidate is not on par with Abraham Lincoln. During the APC Presidential Campaign Council inauguration in Abuja, Shettima pledged to address President Bola Tinubu with respect, regardless of the moniker chosen by others.
He clarified that while people might refer to Tinubu as "Bola" or "Adekunle", the reality is that he is the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Nigeria. Shettima emphasized that Atiku Abubakar, who is contesting for the presidency for the eighth time, is not comparable to Lincoln, instead likening him to Odinga Odinga.
