Riyadh Metro to add 94 trains in SR5.5 billion expansion, boosting capacity by 60%

ZOOD Real Estate has unveiled Élevée, an eight-tower mixed-use community located in Riyadh's Al-Nakheel district, valued at over SAR 2.5 billion. The development, designed by Spanish firm Elia and developed in partnership with Jadwa Investment, is scheduled for completion by the end of 2029.

Eng. Yasser Al-Qazlan, CEO of ZOOD Real Estate, stated that the company aims to create spaces where people feel at home, offering comfort, privacy, and a sense of belonging. Élevée embodies this philosophy through an integrated urban community that combines homes, hospitality, offices, retail, and green spaces, forming a cohesive lifestyle rather than a typical real estate project.

Al-Qazlan expressed gratitude to the strategic partners, Jadwa Investment and Elia, for bringing the project's architectural vision to life. The eight towers encompass three residential, two hospitality, and three office towers, along with two standalone shopping structures. Green space accounts for more than 40% of the project, featuring a central park, landscaped areas, a rooftop garden, and extensive walkways.

The community provides various amenities, including a nursery, children's club, business lounge, swimming pools, cafés, restaurants, a gym, a civil defense center, and 24-hour reception and security services. Élevée is strategically positioned near the Northern Ring Road, connecting it to the King Abdullah Financial District and King Khalid International Airport. The surrounding Al-Nakheel area boasts homes, offices, services, and schools.

Al-Qazlan emphasized that Élevée marks the beginning of a larger journey for ZOOD Real Estate, with the ambition to create projects that honor local identity, adapt to evolving aspirations, and generate lasting value.
