Galatasaray winger Rafael Leão expressed his admiration for Barcelona forward Lamine Yamal, hoping the 19-year-old wins the Ballon d’Or and leads the Catalan club to major trophies. In an interview with Brazilian broadcaster TNT Sports BR, Leão lauded Yamal as one of the best players in the world and someone he "really appreciates as a player and person."
The Portuguese defender noted Yamal's presence among high-caliber talent at the "extraordinary club" of Barcelona. Leão further complimented Yamal's humility, describing him as a "friend." These comments follow Barcelona's recent Champions League match against Galatasaray, where Yamal's skill was on full display once again. At just 19, Yamal is already considered one of the most sought-after and talked-about talents in European football.
