Grand Theft Auto VI (GTA VI) is set to launch on PC in the first quarter of 2027, according to a new report. Although the game is scheduled for a console release this month, Rockstar Games has not yet disclosed a PC release date. The report, citing four industry sources, suggests the PC version could be released between January and March 2027.
This would be a more timely arrival for PC players compared to GTA V, which first came to PC in April 2015, two years after its console debut in September 2013. The early PC release could help Rockstar reach a broader audience and benefit from the GTA community's roleplaying servers and user-generated content. Twitch CEO Dan Clancy also mentioned that the game's online multiplayer mode would launch "next year." However, Rockstar Games has not yet confirmed an official release date for this mode.
