Yammin Seeks Second Term As NDC National Organiser

Joseph Yammin has announced his intention to run for a second term as the National Organiser of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC). Party members have expressed interest in him contesting for the General Secretary position, however, Yammin has opted to remain in his current role. While campaigning nationwide during the 2024 general election, Yammin's efforts contributed significantly to the party's success.

During a meeting with party members in the Ashanti Region, Yammin confirmed his decision to extend his mandate as NDC National Organiser for another term. He appreciated the support he has received from party members who have suggested he run for the General Secretary position, as it shows their confidence in his abilities. Yammin believes that continuing to serve as National Organiser will be advantageous for the NDC's bid to retain political power in the 2028 general election. He appealed to party delegates to support his candidacy.
