The University of British Columbia (UBC) in Canada has opened enrollment for its funded Master of Science (MSc) program specializing in Cell and Developmental Biology. International students from Pakistan and other eligible nationalities can apply for an annual financial package of at least CAD 32,500 for a minimum of two years.
This support may extend until degree completion if the student maintains satisfactory academic progress. Research supervisors typically fund students for the duration of their studies, provided they maintain good academic standing. The program accepts applications for May and September intakes in 2027, with respective deadlines of November 30, 2026, and March 31, 2027.
UBC’s Vancouver campus offers in-person instruction for this course. The university provides additional scholarships, such as an International Tuition Award of CAD 3,200 per year, to cover tuition expenses. International students must cover their remaining tuition and living costs from their funding.
