Four police officers attached to the Ekiti State Command, who were captured on video during a confrontation with a motorcyclist, are currently undergoing disciplinary proceedings at the Force Headquarters in Abuja. This development came after a complaint was made to the Ekiti State Police Command on October 6 by the Biker Association, Federal University Oye-Ekiti chapter, over allegations of extortion and intimidation.
The Police Complaint Response Unit disclosed this in an update on X, stating that the action was taken following a directive from the Inspector-General of Police, Tunji Disu.
