Pakistan’s 1st Next-Gen AI Flagship SUV to Launch Next Month

XPENG has set its sights on the next generation of AI-powered vehicles with the imminent launch of the G9L flagship SUV in Pakistan. At the 2026 Paris Motor Show in October, the company revealed that the SUV would soon be available for purchase in the country, expanding its global footprint from its Chinese debut in September. The G9L boasts a host of cutting-edge features, including artificial intelligence, rapid charging capabilities, rear-wheel steering, and uncompromising comfort.

Measuring 5,120 mm in length and 1,999 mm in width, the SUV offers a spacious interior for up to seven passengers, depending on the market and configuration. Its exterior design showcases XPENG's minimalist aesthetic, featuring a sleek silhouette, smooth surfaces, and premium lighting elements. Under the hood, the G9L offers both battery-electric and range-extended electric vehicle (REEV) powertrain options, with the European version featuring a 110 kWh NCM battery and the REEV variant with a 1.5-liter petrol range extender.

Regardless of the powertrain, the G9L is poised to deliver exceptional performance with an 800V electrical architecture enabling ultra-fast 540 kW charging, capable of adding up to 280 km of range in just nine minutes. Inside, the G9L's cabin prioritizes luxury and innovation, offering premium materials such as Nappa leather, AI-adaptive seating, and a panoply of advanced technology features, including an 88-inch augmented reality heads-up display, 5C charging technology, and a suite of voice and AI-driven interfaces.
