The cast of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2 reunited for their final episode, with most members sharing the reunion photo on social media. Amar Upadhyay, known as Mihir, however, did not repost the photo and instead shared posts from fans on his Instagram account. The actor's absence from the reunion was due to him being away from the show for nearly 14 weeks, with reports suggesting a potential salary dispute between him and co-star Smriti Irani as the reason.
Amar returned to the show with a new track, reuniting with his character Mihir in the Virani family. A fan shared a post on Instagram, urging Ekta Kapoor to bring the next season of the show to Netflix, expressing their wish for a worldwide audience to enjoy Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2. The show's final episode is set to air on October 20 at 10:30 pm on Star Plus, promising an emotional conclusion to the story of Tulsi and Mihir.
