Adeleke’s camp reacts to inclusion of Osun gov in Tinubu’s campaign team

The camp of Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke has expressed its satisfaction with the inclusion of its chief executive in President Bola Tinubu’s campaign team for the 2027 general elections. In a statement issued by the campaign council's Director-General, Olalere Oyewumi, on Tuesday, the council assured President Tinubu of Governor Adeleke’s ability to deliver the state’s votes in the upcoming presidential elections.

Oyewumi confirmed that the Imole Campaign Council would be backing Adeleke’s candidacy, pledging to deliver 1.5 million votes for Tinubu. The statement revealed that Adeleke had been appointed as the Osun State Coordinator of the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu Presidential Campaign Council. The camp acknowledged the governor’s inclusion as a well-deserved honor, reaffirming their confidence in his capacity to secure electoral victory for Tinubu.
