50 Cent Says Eminem Has a New Album on the Way: ‘He’s Preparing His Presentation’
50 explained that Slim Shady's upcoming LP caused him to take a step back from the Street Fighter soundtrack.
50 Cent recently revealed that Eminem is working on a new album and has pulled out of the Street Fighter soundtrack to focus on it. During an interview at the Los Angeles premiere of Street Fighter, 50 Cent told The Associated Press that Eminem decided to "fall back" on his album preparation. This decision could mean that the collaboration between Eminem, 50 Cent, and 2Pac for a posthumous song may be shelved or included in Eminem's upcoming album.
Eminem's last album, The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grâce), was released in July 2024 and topped the Billboard 200.
