US Europe Commander Urges Arming Kyiv to Counter Russia’s Hybrid War
Speaking at the Warsaw Security Forum on Monday, the US Supreme Allied Commander Europe said NATO should respond to Russian hybrid threats forcefully and by supporting Ukraine via the alliance’s PURL program,the statement also contradicts rumors that Washington is threatening to cut off weapon supplies through the program in the diplomatic fallout following Trump’s diesel deal with Moscow.
