The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has cautioned candidates against accepting admission offers from institutions outside the Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS). JAMB emphasized that such offers may not be recognized as valid and could put candidates' academic journeys at risk. The board urged prospective students to verify their admission status through CAPS before accepting any offer, stating that accepting an offer from an institution outside the approved process could lead to complications with admission records and related processes.
