Hims & Hers launches Hers platform in Australia

SYDNEY - Hims & Hers Health unveiled its Hers platform in Australia, rebranding the existing women’s health service Juniper, which has been operating there since 2021. The new platform provides treatment programs for hair regrowth, menopause and perimenopause, and weight management, alongside medication, nutrition and fitness assistance, and round-the-clock care.

The transition follows Pilot's integration into Hims in August, completing the company's total launch of its services in Australia following its acquisition of Eucalyptus. Women can request female practitioners through the platform, which currently serves over 27,000 Australian women. Current Juniper patients will maintain their care from the same team and Australian practitioners.

Gus Wood assumes the role of General Manager for Australia, while Dr. Matt Vickers, a GP experienced with Eucalyptus since 2019, steps into the position of Chief Medical Officer for Hims & Hers Australia. Dr. Jessica Shepherd, Chief Medical Officer of Hers, oversees the platform's clinical standards in the country. The company's May 2026 internal survey revealed that 52% of Australian women feel judged for their weight by healthcare providers, and 72% of these women steered clear of clinical assistance.

Additionally, 50% of Australians avoid seeking care due to cost. The telehealth sector in Australia is expected to expand from roughly $542 million to $2.56 billion by 2034. This platform extension broadens Hims & Hers' operations beyond North America and Europe into the Australian market.
