La Liga outfit Getafe is set to make the signing of veteran free agent defender Dani Carvajal official. The 34-year-old right-back, who left Real Madrid at the end of last season, has been in negotiations to join Getafe, who play in the La Liga. Initially, the move faced a setback due to La Liga's stringent financial regulations. However, according to a report by transfer insider Matteo Moretto, "Getafe and Dani Carvajal are exchanging the documents. The footballer is expected to sign between today and tomorrow morning."
