Texas volleyball plays Oklahoma on Oct. 11, 2026, in an SEC game in Norman, Okla. Follow along for live updates.
Sunday brings the Red River Rivalry to Norman, Oklahoma as No. 9 Texas volleyball takes on ranked Oklahoma. Since the football team failed to secure a victory against Oklahoma yesterday, it falls to Jerritt Elliott's Texas Longhorns to claim the win in the series. Texas has been riding a three-game win streak following a three-game sweep at the hands of Kentucky.
The Longhorns (8-5, 4-1 SEC) have already demonstrated their prowess with victories over Mississippi State and wins by a score of 3-1 against Alabama and Arkansas this season.
While Oklahoma might not be ranked, they are competitive, boasting a 9-4 record overall and a 2-2 conference standing. Oklahoma recently secured a hard-fought 5-set win against Texas A&M, their first triumph over a ranked team of the season.
