Otti cautions voters against putting politics above Abia’s future

Abia State Governor Alex Otti has cautioned voters against prioritizing politics over the state's future, urging them to reject political inducements and maintain the gains of good governance ahead of the 2027 general elections. Speaking at the Second Session of the Seventh Synod of the Anglican Communion, Diocese of Aba Ngwa North, Otti advised the electorate to consider the long-term implications of their political choices, warning them against being deceived by politicians' renewed activities.

He emphasized that those responsible for the state's current problems are still active and urged Christians to remain vigilant as politicians intensify their engagement ahead of the elections.
