Network set for Texas vs. Florida
The Horns seek revenge against the Gators on ABC.
Austin, Texas - November 9, 2024 - The Texas Longhorns are set to face the Florida Gators in an upcoming matchup at Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium, according to the SEC. The game will kick off at 11 a.m. on Saturday, with ABC broadcasting the event.
Following a 27-24 last-second loss to Oklahoma State, Texas has fallen in the polls, though a pair of victories may prevent a significant drop. Head coach Steve Sarkisian's team will need to address the mistakes that led to their upset in Dallas. Meanwhile, first-year Florida coach Jon Sumrall's Gators are coming off a 38-19 defeat to South Carolina, following a 45-17 loss to Missouri. Revenge is on Sumrall's mind after Texas' unexpected road loss last season.
