Mohammed bin Rashid Leadership Forum puts leadership and future priorities in focus

Dubai's Mohammed bin Rashid Leadership Forum kicks off on Tuesday at the Dubai World Trade Centre, gathering 1,000 government and private sector leaders to discuss the emirate's future priorities and leadership development. Sponsored by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the annual event is organized by the Mohammed bin Rashid Center for Leadership Development (MBRCLD).

MBRCLD Chairman Mohammad Al Gergawi emphasized the importance of Sheikh Mohammed's vision for developing exceptional leaders, stating that today's global shifts require a generation of leaders capable of anticipating trends, translating visions into reality swiftly, and demonstrating resilience and efficiency.

The forum will recognize the government official selected to receive the Mohammed bin Rashid Leadership Medal, the highest honor within Dubai's government. Crown Prince of Dubai and Deputy Prime Minister Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum inaugurated the medal at the previous forum, with the aim of fostering government leadership development and empowering mid-level leaders.

The program comprises panel discussions, workshops, and keynote addresses focused on institutional leadership in the changing workplace, as well as transformational projects and Dubai's strategic trajectories. Leadership Majlis sessions will delve into the future economy, growth and innovation, future cities, urban management, and smart infrastructure.

Discussions will also address Dubai's global economic standing, media influence, knowledge sharing, and humanitarian efforts. International leaders in human and leadership development are set to participate, along with a new group of MBRCLD graduates and plans for launching additional leadership initiatives and forging partnerships with government bodies and overseas academic institutions.
